Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our shipping/return policy.
 
 

SHIPPING

Shipping time varies depending on the product(s). Generally, delivery takes between 7-14 working days nationwide. However, when indicated, some items get delivered in 48 hours or less. For international customers (outside Nigeria), please contact our customer service to arrange for shipping within  3 days of making payment or before payment is made.

SHIPPING FEE

Lagos – N1,500

Abuja – N2,500

South-West  –  N2,500

South-South  – N3,500

South-East    –  N4,000

North/Middle Belt  – N5,000

*Please check the rate before checking out as shipping rates frequently change depending on the logistics carrier.

RETURNS

 
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@cruzishop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Return Code, and mail your return to the address given.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS  
 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Briefs   
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.  
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
● If you have items you wish to return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the item to begin the return/refund process.
